The content of the lecture includes the following seven topics:

2. Emergency treatment of sudden industrial accidents (such as heat stroke, shock, fainting, electric shock, drowning, awareness, etc.) and escape knowledge of natural disasters (such as lightning, flood, earthquake, typhoon, etc.)

3. CPR on-site first aid knowledge (such as chest compressions, airway opening, artificial respiration, self-rescue and mutual aid)

4. Four techniques of on-site first aid (traumatic hemostasis, wound dressing, fracture fixation, wounded handling)

5. Prevention and improvement of common occupational injuries (such as frozen shoulder, sciatica, back pain, varicose veins, computer radiation damage, air conditioning disease, chronic bronchitis, pharyngitis, insomnia, dreaminess, migraine, common cold , fever, etc.)

6. Garbage classification, food safety issues, and reducing the harm of external pollution to the human body (processing of food toxin residues, how to reduce the intake of heavy metals, etc.)

7. Mental health of employees in the workplace (how to relieve psychological pressure, fatigue, etc.)
