Time flies and time passes, and in the afternoon of February 2, we held the year-end summary meeting of 2017 in Wise Star. 
        Mr. Gao summarized: 2017 has passed, in this year, although the external environment is complex, but we still maintain a good trend of stable growth, which depends on the efforts of all the staff in each department, which just confirms: a company is strong, not a person's struggle, but a group of people's efforts!
        Looking ahead to 2018, in the new year, we will start from ourselves to carry out reforms and adjustments in the following aspects.
        1. accelerate the promotion and cultivation of a corporate culture that adapts to the times, and give a new corporate culture concept to give the company a new vitality and vigor.
        2. Vigorously build an efficient team, so that each person in each department can run a few steps more and a few steps faster than others.
        3. learn and apply new management models, through the practical implementation of PMC management and with the in-depth application of ERP software, the flexible application of PDCA management rules, and encourage various innovative proposals.
        Finally, Mr. Tan emphasized to everyone the focus of the plan in 2018.
        1. safe production and environmental protection production.
        2. Invest in capital, equipment, talents and other resources to develop and implement new products.
        3. Ensure the production quality and delivery time through the active cooperation of production and quality control department to better maintain the original products and original customers.
        4. Pack lightly and avoid carrying heavy loads.
        We must start from the overall situation, enhance the height of thought, adapt to the changes of the times, and take the development path with Wise Star characteristics!

        After the meeting, Wise Star invited all the staff to a banquet to thank them for their hard work during the year, and wished them a happy New Year back home!

        The atmosphere at the banquet was warm, everyone gathered and had dinner together, Mr. Gao, Mr. Tan and the three vice presidents toasted to the colleagues at each table, the whole venue was full of laughter and happiness!
